Topics: Menopause management, HPV awareness, prenatal health, preconception & fertility.
Target Audience: Women and people assigned female at birth; those planning pregnancy, pregnant, or entering menopause.
Key Benefits: Provides stage-specific education; encourages proactive health decisions; builds community and peer support.
Schedule/ Format: 4 sessions per cycle, 60 minutes each, quarterly; hyrbrid delivery (In Person & Zoom).
Facilitators: Registered Nurse, Social Workers.
