Support for Seniors ~ Falls Prevention & Mental Wellness 

Overview: Combines nutrition, fall prevention, depression support and foot care.

Topics: Safe movement & balance, footcare education, reducting loneliness, mental wellness and aging in place. 

Target Audience: Seniors at risk of falls, older adults experiencing isolation, cargivers supporting seniors.

Key Benefits: Reduce isolation, improve balance, nutrition and footcare . Encourages independence and safety at home; builds ongoing care relationships. 

Schedule / Format: 3-4 week progressive series; 60 minutes per session; quartely, in a hybrid delivery (In peson & Zoom)

Facilitators: Registered Practical Nurse, Social Workers, Chiropodist (foot specialist).
