Programs, Health & Wellness Classes

With our patients' health in mind, we offer FREE programs, services and classes to promote, prevent and educate our patients in a safe and caring environment, lead by our Health Care Professionals.  

Many of these programs are designed to move you forward in your health care journey. 

Group classes are offered in person, remotely and a combination of both. To register for the classes or programs please call 416-740-2810 or 647-342-8266.

For your convenience, you can register online for any upcoming group education classes. 

In order to participate virtually,  you will need to provide us with your email address.  We will then email you the Zoom link to join these sessions. 

You do not need to be a patient to attend any of these free classes. Everyone is welcome to attend.
