Pre-Diabetes & Diabetes Program

The Diabetes Program offers patients education and counselling to help you manage your diabetes and prevent complications.

The Diabetic team can help you with:

Living Well with Diabetes Group classes are offered in person.  Patient and community members are invited to attend these classes.  

Please note, we are running a 2 part series and ideally, we would like all participants to attend both sessions

It is suggested that participants attend Part 1 first, but a short recap of the topics will be covered in Part 2. 

Part 1 covers what is diabetes, how is it diagnosed, how is it managed (diet, exercise)
Date: Sept 04
Time: 6-8pm
Location: 245 Dixon Rd. 

Part 2 covers both medications and complications related to diabetes
Date: Oct 09
Time: 6-8pm
Location: 245 Dixon Rd.
