Pre-Diabetes & Diabetes Program
The Diabetes Program offers patients education and counselling to help you manage your diabetes and prevent complications.
The Diabetic team can help you with:
- Foot assessment and care
- Nutrition education and planning
- How and when to take your medications
- The importance of monitoring your blood sugar
- Self care education and planning that is specific to you
- Part A (What is Diabetes) Feb 12 2025
- Location: 245 Dixon Rd (Dixon & Islington). When you arrive, please check in at POD 1.
- Time: 6-7:30pm

- Part B (Diabetes Medication & Complications) Feb 26, 2025.
- Time: 6-7:30pm
- Location: 245 Dixon Rd (Dixon & Islington). When you arrive, please check in at POD 1
