Pre-Diabetes & Diabetes Program
The Diabetes Program offers patients education and counselling to help you manage your diabetes and prevent complications.
The Diabetic team can help you with:
- Foot assessment and care
- Nutrition education and planning
- How and when to take your medications
- The importance of monitoring your blood sugar
- Self care education and planning that is specific to you
Group classes are offered in person, remotely and a combination of both. Patient are invited to attend the Diabetes Education classes

- Time: 6-8pm (in person)
- Location: 245 Dixon Road
