Pre-Diabetes & Diabetes Program

The Diabetes Program offers patients education and counselling to help you manage your diabetes and prevent complications.

The Diabetic team can help you with:

Our Registered Dietitians are also Certified Diabetes Educators who can assist you with diabetes management. Our services include insulin start and adjustment, Ozempic/Mounjaro/Trulicity/Victoza start, glucometer teaching, Libre 2 sensor and Dexcom application.
 
 Living Well with Diabetes classes is a 2-part session offered in person.  Patient and community members are invited to attend these classes.  You do not need a doctor's referral to attend these free classes. 
 
  • Part A  (What is Diabetes) Feb 12 2025
  • Location:  245 Dixon Rd (Dixon & Islington). When you arrive, please check in at POD 1.
  • Time: 6-7:30pm

  • Part B  (Diabetes Medication & Complications) Feb 26, 2025. 
  • Time: 6-7:30pm
