Healthy Aging for Adults 55+ Workshop
We are excited to launch a Healthy Aging for Adults 55+ Workshop.
Class will be faciliated by Registered Social Worker and Registered Nurse and will focus on discussing various health topics, with the goal of maintaining mobility, reducing social isolation and building social connections.

- Time: 12:30-2:30pm
- Location:York West Active Living Centre

You do not need to be patient to join these classes. Everyone is welcome to attend.
