Registration for Group Education Classes
All classes are free, and you do not need to be a patient of Humber River Family Health Team (HRFHT) to participate.
All programs are offered in a hybrid format, allowing you to attend in person or virtually.
Once you register, a HRFHT staff member will contact you to confirm how you plan to attend and will provide a virtual link if you choose to join online.
In-person locations:
• Dixon Site: 245 Dixon Road
• Weston Site: 2050 Weston Road
Both locations are fully accessible and parking is available.
