Seniors Program

The Seniors Program provides education, care, and connection to local community seniors services.   


This  workshop provides seniors and caregivers with resources and tools on how to navigate social, community, and health services. A variety of topics include: personal care in the home, Dementia care, CCAC services, transportation options, and may include guest speakers from the community. 

Patients do not need a referral from their Physician to attend these workshop. Self-referral and bringing a family member or friend are strongly encouraged.

We offer a variety of group education classes. They include:

  • Engaging Active Seniors: Monday March 30 1:30-3:30pm @ 245 Dixon Road 
  •  CLICK HERE to view the 2020 Program Calendar with dates, location, and times.  Classes are free to attendand are open to the community.
