Mental Health and Addictions Program

The Mental Health and Addictions Program provides short term counselling session with a Clincial Social Worker to patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health or addictions issues.  Sessions are focused on individual goal setting and action planning to help you improve your mental health now and long term. 

New patients will be booked for an initial 30 minute intake call with one of our Social Workers.  The purpose of these calls is to provide you with more information about the program and what to expect and make your first counselling session more meaningful. 

Below are workshop that are offered in this program:

 Self-Care Saturdays Workshop:

This  workshop will be held at our 2050 Weston Rd location. Each 90 minute session will follow a similar structure of self-reflection, relaxation, education and mindfulness.  **This workshop will be suspended until further notice. 

Coping with Stress Workshop:

Attend this 2 hour long workshop and learn to identify stress triggers and understand how to manage things that are beyond your control.

  • The session will be held at 2050 Weston Road on Saturday March 14 10:30-12:30pm
