Mental Health and Addictions Program
The Mental Health and Addictions Program provides short term counselling session with a Clincial Social Worker to patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health or addictions issues. Sessions are focused on individual goal setting and action planning to help you improve your mental health now and long term.
Starting in 2017, all new patients will be booked for an initial 30 minute intake call with one of our Social Workers. The purpose of these calls is to provide you with more information about the program and what to expect and make your first counselling session more meaningful.
Below are workshop that are offered in this program:
- This program will be suspended till May 2019 . Next class will be May 11 10-11:30am
Attend this 2 hour long workshop and learn to identify stress triggers and understand how to manage things that are beyond your control.
- The session will be held at 2050 Weston Road on Saturday March 16 12:30-2:30pm
