A word about our group programming.

Here are group classes coming up:

Virtual Support Group (a monthly program) will occur on July 14, August 15, September 15, October 17, November 17, December 12, 6:00-8pm. This workshop is geared for pts (and their caregivers) who have expressed feelings of loneliness & depression.

Coping with Stress  will occur on July 9, September 10, November 5, 10:30-12:30pm and will continue to be delivered every 2nd month. The program will offer tips and strategies on how to manage stress.

Patients can participate either on their mobile devices or they can phone in.

In order to participate virtually (or even on the phone) we will be asking all patients to provide us with their email address so that we can send them the link to Zoom, the platform we will be using to deliver these virtual group classes.
