Welcome to the Virtual Support Group. The group meet virtually (online) at the moment, with the hopes of meeting in person sometime in the near future.
Patients or their family or community members can participate either on their mobile devices or they can phone in. In order to participate, we will be asking all participants to provide us with their email address so that we can send them the link to Zoom (the platform we will be using to deliver these virtual group classes).
The group encourages a sense of community, empathy, understanding and social connections among the particpants. You will be able to talk openly and honestly about your feelings and learn practical coping skills with the support of the trained Social Worker.
2023 Dates: January 19, Feb 13, March 16. Time: 6:00-8:00pm.
You do not need a referral from your physician to attend this class. Everyone is welcome to join. Please call 416-740-2810 to register or if you have any questions.:
